Jason is responsible for leading the strategic oversight, investment activity and performance of Realmont managed funds and separate accounts. In this role, Jason works closely with our clients, capital and transactions teams to match strategy and parameters with the right investments.

Jason has 30 years’ real estate funds management experience and has held roles as Head of Wholesale Funds, Head of Business Development, Senior Fund Manager and Investment Manager for groups including Vicinity Centres, Novion Property, CFS Global Asset Management, CBA Property and Schroders Australia.

Jason brings leadership, direction and a fiduciary-led approach to the management of real estate funds. He is client-focused and has a demonstrated track record in the formulation and delivery of investment strategies. Jason has specialty skills in funds and investment management, development, asset pricing, capital transactions, equity capital raisings, debt structuring and management.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney and is a Fellow of the API and a Member of the AICD.
