Byron is responsible for arranging and structuring capital, advisory and business development for Realmont managed funds and separate accounts. In this role, Byron works with our clients and investments team to identify optimal investment strategies for funds and separate accounts together with product creation.

Byron has 15 years’ experience with Macquarie Capital, Pacific Capital Partners and Emerge Capital.

Byron has worked across all major real estate sectors and select alternate asset classes including private hospitals, data centres, healthcare, retirement villages and affordable housing. He has been specialist skills in equity capital raisings and has gained deep transaction execution experience as an advisor to private and public companies within the Australian and offshore markets. This experience covers corporate advisory, financial and capital requirement matters. Byron also has extensive experience in asset due diligence and acquisitions from a principal perspective.

Byron holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Finance from the University of New South Wales.
