Will is responsible for the origination and execution of transactions to satisfy Realmont’s various investment requirements. In this role, Will works closely with the investments team and clients to articulate buying strategies and selectively source the right real estate opportunities.

Will has 30 years’ real estate valuation and advisory services and transaction leadership experience with JLL and Colliers International and has held roles as Managing Director of Valuation and Advisory Services, National Executive Director responsible for Hotels, Rural and Agribusiness, Healthcare and Retirement Living, Research and Consultancy.

Will has significant asset pricing and transaction experience gained across all property sectors for local and international clients. He has provided market knowledge and guidance for new market entrants and has extensive experience in asset acquisition and due diligence.

Will holds a Bachelor of Business (Land Economy) University of Western Sydney and is a Fellow RICS and Member AICD.
